We recommend that the
client owns and maintains a secure server within the US
with necessary firewalls and other precautions. This
will allow the client to control and regulate access to
RiteChoice team members as per client’s needs and
requirements. RiteChoice team leaders and team members
at the Service Center at Chennai, India, would then only
be able to access the data and software files using
authenticated logins and passwords from designated drive
locations. However, if the client so desires, RiteChoice
will undertake to provide server facility within the US,
with security systems as agreed and documented and
provide regulated access to the team in India.
Client documents including W-2s, 1099s, K-1s etc. will
be scanned and uploaded to the secure web server in the
US. Ritechoice team members will book mark and organize
the source documents and then enter data into the
respective tax software. Returns will be reviewed by
team leaders who ensure completeness and accuracy.
RiteChoice will provide the Client with
RiteChoice
Client’s Dashboard (RCD), a software for workflow
management and communication. The client may install the
software on the client’s server and effectively control
and monitor the work done by the RiteChoice team in
respect of every job outsourced to the service center.
RCD will provide an interactive platform for work
assignment, queries, review, problem escalation, track
report generation, team appraisal, standardized handling
instructions and other communication. |
